We are beyond happy that this years edition of Cologne Night of Museum is our 20th anniversary! For 20 years the Stadtrevue Verlag and the City of Cologne coorperate to organise this very unique festival of art and culture in cologne. Use the chance to visit the big museums, open studios or discover one of the smaller urban places during the night. Visit more than 200 events at 50 selected locations all over cologne with just one ticktet!
Step into a cultural journey through one of europes most vibrant cities, find your new favourite spots and enjoy a night full of art and culture!

The Cologne Night of Museums starts at 7 p.m. in every participating museum. They will close at 2 a.m., but the night is not over by then. Cologne Night of the Museums hosts a legendary aftershowparty at stadtgarten! For further information see „Stadtgarten“ at our recommended locations below.
By purchasing ONE Ticket for 20 € you have access to all events and museums during the night:
- Pre-sale has started: at all participating venues, via www.koelnticket.de and at Köln Ticket agencies.
- Box office on 02.11.2019: 20 € at all participating locations and at the Museumsnacht information desk at Roncalliplatz and at Neumarkt
Guided Tours: Cologne Night of Museums offers a varitey of english guided tours. Please see below for further informations. Watch out for the arrow in our program booklet for any guided tour!
Concerts: Everyone, no matter what language they speak, can visit the 26 concerts and six DJ sets. Watch out for the keynote and the headphones in our program booklet.
Readings: For those who want to challenge their german skills can visit the 15 readings. Watch out for the speech-bubble in our program booklet.
Screenings: Enjoy a movie with english subtitles at the Japanisches Kulturinstitut. Please see below for further informations. Watch out for the film role in our program booklet.
Theater performances as well as 24 interactive events can be visited based upon your level of german.
Still, everyone is welcome to attend any event that they would like to visit besides any language barriers!

8 p.m./ 9 p.m./ 10 p.m.: demonstration of a traditional japanese tea-ceremony
Creative, urban art location with open studios gives the opportunity to experience this location on your own accompanied by music.
The univerity, that has it‘s focus on uniting design and sustainabilty, opens it‘s doors with students presenting their sustainable designs, designstudents illustrating guests, free drinks and freak out-dancefloor (it‘s the universities 25th anniversary)
Come and celebrate the 20th anniversary of Cologne Night of Museums at stadtgarten with the famous cologne based electronic label KOMPAKT. Starts at midnight!
